**Job Responsibilities**

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • **Welcoming and Greeting Customers**: Create a positive shopping experience
  • **Communicating with Customers, Coworkers, and Store Management**: Build strong relationships
  • **Becoming Familiar with Merchandise**: Help customers find what they need
  • **Operating a Cash Register**: Handle transactions efficiently
  • **Following Company Policies**: Maintain a safe and secure work environment
  • **Informing Management about Pricing, Inventory, and Out-of-Date Issues**: Stay on top of inventory and pricing
  • **Protecting Company Assets and Stock Merchandise**: Maintain a clean and organized store
  • **Organizing Damaged Products and Notifying Management of Out-of-Stock Items**: Keep the store running smoothly
  • **Keeping the Store Neat and Clean**: Maintain a clean and welcoming environment
  • **Continuously Replenishing Stock on the Sales Floor**: Keep the store fully stocked

**Required Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:
