We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Airstream Inland Empire, a leading RV dealership in Temecula, California. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of our service department.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $48,000 to $96,000 per year, depending on experience. This includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off, and holiday pay. You will also receive employee discounts on RVs and accessories, as well as ongoing training and development opportunities.

Job Duties:
  • Assist customers with their service needs in a friendly and professional manner
  • Schedule service appointments and manage the service department's schedule to ensure timely completion of repairs
  • Communicate with customers about their RV's service needs and provide accurate estimates of repair costs
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure they have all necessary parts and equipment to complete repairs
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their repairs and any changes in the estimated completion time
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an RV dealership setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
