As a Call Center Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service experiences across all our dealerships. Your primary responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, confirming service appointments, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and our service departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department.
  • Schedule service appointments via phone and web using internal software.
  • Achieve set service and customer satisfaction objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service skills with a proven ability to resolve issues and follow up with customers.
  • A self-starter with a professional demeanor, demonstrating initiative, resourcefulness, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators measuring overall performance.
  • A strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year,
based on experience and qualifications.
