The Consumer Sales Finance Analytics Lead position offers a unique opportunity to be at the center of a rapidly evolving business landscape. You will play a crucial role in orchestrating the tracking, measurement, and monitoring of business performance, driving actionable insights that enable Finance and Business organizations to identify and evaluate investment opportunities, optimizing between margin and market share to foster sustainable growth and effectively implement our global strategy. Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field AND a minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership, finance, or a related area, OR a Master’s Degree in the same fields, OR equivalent experience.

Financial Analysis IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $72,800 - $144,000 per year. Different ranges apply to specific work locations.

Responsibilities

Collaborate across CSO Finance and Business teams to identify data and analytic needs, partnering with Finance Operations and Business Operations to implement solutions. Enhance efficiency by standardizing processes and creating a unified source of truth. Understand data requirements to support key business and finance cycles, providing analytics that create efficiencies through a standardized approach. Regularly assess current data and analytics capabilities, utilizing insights to inform future action plans, including report modifications, replacements, or training needs. Address critical ad hoc data and analytics requirements, fostering a common understanding of needs and driving toward solutions. Recognize opportunities to fundamentally improve operations, acting as a change agent and leveraging both formal and informal influence to mobilize others. Simplify complex information and inspire through effective storytelling and communication. Deliver high-quality performance narratives for executive meetings. Innovate and design new methods for collecting and evaluating financial data to influence future outcomes and decisions. Drive improvements in data management through automation, applying advanced technology to achieve business objectives and enhance analytical depth.
