At Catholic Health, we're dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients. As a GME Program Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth onboarding of new trainees and maintaining compliance with all GME policies and requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Onboarding Efforts: Work closely with the Program Director, Associate Program Directors, Residents, and central GME office to ensure a seamless transition for new trainees.
  • Maintain Compliance: Monitor and facilitate activities to ensure program compliance with hospital, CHSLI system, ACGME, AOA, and other administrative and accrediting bodies' requirements.
  • Data Collection and Tracking: Collect and track data to ensure compliance with hospital and system-wide requirements.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Consistently monitor changes and updates related to accreditation standards and ensure program remains in compliance.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for Clinical Competency Committees, Program Evaluation Committees, and other program-related meetings and events.

We're looking for an experienced professional with strong critical thinking skills and ability to research answers and develop solutions independently. If you have a Bachelor's degree or higher and at least one year of Graduate Medical Education experience, we'd love to hear from you

As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $29.00 - $33.00 per hour, plus a generous benefits package that includes tuition assistance, a defined benefit pension plan, and opportunities for professional and educational growth.
