Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Description

As a Field Consultant, you will be responsible for scheduling and conducting on-site property surveys, working independently to manage your schedule, assignments, and timely completion of web-based reports. You will interact professionally with homeowners and insurance agents, driving to and conducting surveys, identifying and documenting construction materials, unique features, and hazards, and generating estimated replacement values.

Requirements
  • Prior inspection experience on residential homes
  • Loss control experience
  • Underwriting experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Professionalism

While prior underwriting or construction experience is desired, it is not required. A late-model reliable vehicle, auto and general liability insurance, smartphone, tablet, personal computer, high-speed internet, digital camera, measuring devices, and a Bachelor's degree are also necessary for this position.
