About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Anti-Trafficking Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our STOP-IT Program, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive case management services to victims of human trafficking. Your primary goal will be to establish trusting relationships with potential trafficking victims, assist them in constructing a safe and realistic plan to leave trafficking, and provide ongoing support to help them sustain life after exit.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide case management services to victims of human trafficking, including assessment, planning, and implementation of interventions to support their safety and well-being.
- Conduct home visits, outreach activities, and other off-site work as needed to engage with victims and provide support.
- Collaborate with law enforcement, social service providers, and other community agencies to ensure a comprehensive response to human trafficking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community resources and providers to support victim services.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in case management, trauma-informed care, and human trafficking.
- Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or a related field.
- Previous experience in case management, social work, or a related field.
- Bi-lingual required.
- LSW licensure preferred.
