Job Overview

Matrix Providers is seeking an experienced Audiologist to conduct one-time, non-treatment Veteran Disability Exams in Magnolia, AR. This part-time position offers a competitive hourly rate and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review medical history documentation and provide compensation and pension exams for Veterans.
  • Capture responses during the exam through web-based examination forms, all completed electronically.
  • Perform Comprehensive audio exams to assess hearing loss or tinnitus, utilizing standard testing including Pure Tone Air and Bone, tympanometry, acoustic reflex testing, and speech recognition.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • An active and unrestricted Audiologist license.
  • A master's or doctorate degree from a program accredited by CAA, ACAE, or ASHA certification.
  • An active and valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good interpersonal skills and flexibility in changing situations.
  • Basic computer skills are required.
  • Fully vaccinated per CDC and state guidelines.
