We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team at DaVita. As a Licensed Vocational Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice required.
- Current CPR certification required.
- IV certification required if required by state regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system.
- BONENT or CHT certification preferred or as required by state regulation.
- Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
- A competitive salary of $38.00 per hour.
