Key Responsibilities:

The Program Integrator will support individual program managers, initiative leads, and PEO leadership in monitoring and reporting on the overall status of programs, initiatives, and/or a portfolio. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive analyses across multiple contracts and government activities to identify cost, schedule, and performance issues.
  • Performing cross-program analyses to assist in responding to Investment Portfolio (IP) actions and generating execution reports.
  • Drafting acquisition and program documentation, including TTOs, Statements of Work (SOWs), Program Management Plans (PMPs), Risk Management Plans, program schedules, Technical CICA memorandums, and Acquisition Strategies.
  • Preparing presentations to communicate analysis findings and program/portfolio status.

Essential Skills:

  • Delivering financial and summary reports on program elements to GPMs and assisting with resource allocation and tracking; recommending funding adjustments as necessary.
  • Supporting program managers in developing program documentation and schedules, tracking program status, evaluating operational and technical alternatives, performing risk assessments, and managing integrated product teams.
  • Utilizing program management tools (e.g., Plan-It, MS Excel) to assist GPMs with planning, documenting, executing, and reporting all program details.
  • Attending contract reviews to assist GPMs in cost estimating and monitoring program outcomes.
  • Advising on the production and customization of agency financial execution reports and program acquisition documentation.
  • Analyzing, tracking, and reporting program unfunded requirements in accordance with PEO policies.
  • Preparing briefing materials to support government program decision-making.
  • Conducting data analysis using MS Excel with pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts for clear data presentation.

Required Qualifications:

A minimum of eight (8) years of combined experience in DoD/IC program management, contract management, and/or financial management, along with a Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field is required. Alternatively, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) certification, or DAWIA Level II in any focus area, combined with an additional three (3) years of directly related experience, may be accepted. Familiarity with Plan-It is preferred. Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel is required, including demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
