We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Worker to join our team at the Town of Ocean City, MD. As a Building Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and custodial assignments at the Northside Park Recreation Complex.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance and custodial tasks, including setup and breakdown for sporting events and meetings.
  • Provide custodial care and cleaning of buildings.
  • Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly.
  • Submit a 3-year driving record and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including overnight, early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Physical ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
