You will also design, execute, and evaluate psychoeducational programming for professional partners and teams, and implement individual and team-based performance enhancement interventions. Key Responsibilities: * Provide individual and group psychological services to athletes, including assessment, psychotherapy, and performance enhancement services * Design, execute, and evaluate psychoeducational programming for professional partners and teams * Implement individual and team-based performance enhancement interventions * Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including sports medicine physicians, athletic trainers, and rehabilitation staff * Participate in providing education to colleagues, patients, family, coaches, and sport partners Requirements: * Doctoral degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program and licensure as a psychologist within the state of practice * Evidence of outstanding skills in clinical assessment, psychotherapy, performance enhancement services, crisis management, and consultation with coaches and administrators of sport programs * Demonstrated sensitivity to multicultural issues and proven ability to interact with diverse individuals and groups * Ability to provide supervision to psychologists-in-training * Strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications: * CMPC (Certified Mental Performance Consultant) through AASP (Association for Applied Sport Psychology) * Five years of experience in providing mental health counseling and performance enhancement services to athletes and high-level performers * Completion of post-doctorate internship or fellowship in a setting focused on Sport Work Environment: * This position will work full-time on campus in Cedar City, Utah * The hourly range for this position is $54.84 - $84.63 Benefits: * Intermountain Healthcare offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off How to Apply: If you are a motivated and experienced Clinical Sport Psychologist looking for a new challenge, please submit your application, including your resume and cover letter, to our website.
