About the Role

Buddys Home Furnishing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Acquisition and Retention: Develop and implement sales plans to acquire and retain customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory levels, ensuring that stock is adequate to meet customer demand and minimizing waste and excess stock.
  • Financial Management: Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
  • Store Operations: Ensure that all store operations are running smoothly, including sales floor management, customer service, and visual merchandising.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales management, retail, or a related field.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in sales software and technology.
