Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare pastries and desserts according to Fitler Club recipes and standards.

  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure timely production and minimize waste.

  • Assist with banquet production prep as needed.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in a pastry or culinary role.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments and multitask.
  • Solid understanding of food preparation and basic cooking methods.
  • Able to work in a hot, fast-paced environment and lift 25 lbs.
  • Ability to follow recipes and verbal instructions with minimum supervision.
