Job Description

Fresh Mark, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of high-quality meats, including bacon, ham, hot dogs, sliced meats, and specialty items. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team for a 12-week summer internship program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote new products and services.
  • Coordinate events with sports partners, including product demonstrations and sponsorships.
  • Conduct store audits to ensure product presentation and packaging meet company standards.
  • Execute promotional events to introduce the Sugardale brand to consumers.
  • Coordinate information for e-newsletters and other marketing materials.
  • Develop and present individualized projects to company management and executives.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled and pursuing a 4-year degree in Marketing, Social Media, Digital Marketing, Communications, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 18 years of age and Junior status by start of the internship program.
  • Work Authorization: Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to drive to events.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and data visualization principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
  • Proactive thinker and self-motivated.
  • Strong time, project, and organizational management skills.
  • The ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to be respectful, approachable, and team-oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
  • Adherence to safety practices and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug screen.
