**Job Summary:**
Century Rehabilitation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rehabilitation Director to lead our therapy department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality physical, occupational, and speech-language therapy services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective therapy programs to meet the needs of our patients.
- Supervise and mentor a team of therapists to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient results.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress and therapy plans.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our therapy services remain current and effective.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g., physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology).
- Current licensure or certification in a relevant therapy field (e.g., COTA, PTA, PT, OT).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a therapy setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
