We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sourcing Manager: Facilities Optimization to join our team at Mondelēz International. This role will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of sourcing strategies for facility management, energy, and waste, with a focus on maximizing total value ownership for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze regional spend data and understand business needs to provide regional market and supplier insights.
  • Develop sourcing strategy with implications on the region, including productivity, cash, and revenue.
  • Support supplier negotiation strategy at country, regional, or global level.
  • Support strategy alignment and execution for regional and local Spend Areas.
  • Lead contract implementation and drive contract compliance for selected global and multi-regional Spend Areas.
  • Support regional supplier relationship and risk management.
  • Execute local or regional items and spot buys.
  • Support management of internal customer relationships related to IFM, RE, and Energy.

Requirements

  • Appropriate university degree and strategic sourcing and negotiation experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
