About You

  • With 5+ years of experience in recruiting for startups, tech, or Medicare-related industries, you bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this role.">
  • Proven track record of successfully owning the entire recruiting process, with a focus on sourcing and attracting top talent.">
  • Highly developed problem-solving skills, coupled with a data-driven approach and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Able to build and maintain relationships with diverse sources, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.">
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills, with a strong ability to collaborate with team members and hiring managers.">
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Candidate Management Systems (CMS) is a plus.">
  • Estimated salary range: $145,000 - $190,000.">
