Overview

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead our team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional patient care and services.

As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising clinical staff, and collaborating with physicians and administrators to deliver high-quality care.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and staff engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with colleagues, patients, and families to build trust and confidence.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and direct daily operations to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Supervise and mentor clinical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address complex patient needs and develop effective solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in acute and/or ambulatory care nursing practice settings.
  • 1 year of experience in nursing leadership roles; complex academic health system experience preferred.
