Job Description

The Advanced Endovascular Surgery Nurse Specialist plays a crucial role in assisting physicians during endovascular catheterizations, interventional procedures, and other vascular surgeries. This highly skilled nurse circulates and monitors patients throughout these complex procedures, ensuring their safety and well-being.

In addition to their technical expertise, the Advanced Endovascular Surgery Nurse Specialist must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working collaboratively with the medical team to provide exceptional patient care.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years' experience as a registered professional nurse in an ICU, CCU, Cath Lab, Hybrid OR/EVOR, Interventional Radiology, or Operating Room procedural environment.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, with Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification obtained within six months of hire.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
