Role Overview:
As an Educational Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our centers by establishing strong relationships with families and the community.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Guide the enrollment process to successfully attract and retain students.
2. Deliver outstanding customer service by maintaining open communication with families regarding their children's progress.
3. Promote the Mathnasium program by developing partnerships with local schools and community organizations.
4. Assess and enhance overall center performance metrics, focusing on profitability and student achievement.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Previous experience in sales and education is highly desirable.
- Strong math skills up to Pre-Algebra.
- A completed Bachelor's Degree is required.
Work Schedule:
Flexibility is key, with approximately 25 hours per week, including weekend and evening shifts based on your availability.
Note:
Mathnasium centers are independently owned and operated. Each franchisee is responsible for all employment matters within their center.
