    • Supervise and coordinate daily shift activities to ensure seamless execution of our service standards.
    • Monitor and maintain high levels of food quality, presentation, and safety.
    • Ensure accurate and efficient cash handling procedures.
  • Guest Experience
    • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all patrons.
    • Address guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of hourly staff.
    • Conduct regular coaching and feedback sessions to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit accurate reports and records as required.
    • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months experience as a Team Member and a Certified coach (internal)
  • or one year of external restaurant experience with a college degree preferred (external)
  • Must be capable of performing all functions and meeting qualification standards for all hourly positions
