Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Therapist to join our Intensive Outpatient Counseling program. As a Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting initial assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual and group sessions to patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct new patient intake and orientation
  • Conduct initial assessments of patient problems and needs, and report to the clinical team to initiate treatment planning
  • Conduct individual sessions with patients
  • Facilitate groups with patients
  • Address patient concerns and help eliminate the possibility of AMA (Against Medical Advice)
  • Provide case management services
  • Provide tours for prospective patients and their families as requested
  • Document patient medical records

Requirements

  • Must have one of the following: LSW, LCSW, CADC II, CADC I, CAADC
  • License or certification, clean and active
  • New graduates welcome
  • Experience conducting group sessions
  • Flexibility and willingness are great attributes

Work Schedule

Full-time position, Monday - Friday
