Job Summary

We are seeking a Part-Time Sales Leader to join our team at our Hallmark Corporate owned Gold Crown store in Washington Square, Petaluma, CA. As a Part-Time Sales Leader, you will be the face of the Hallmark brand to customers and play a vital role in the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver an exceptional consumer shopping experience that leaves guests feeling inspired, ready to connect, and eager to return.
  • Model and coach service and selling skills while helping customers find the perfect card and gift solutions.
  • Lead store associates when the Store Manager is not available, providing feedback and guidance.
  • Communicate daily priorities, goals, and business information while maintaining a fun and supportive team environment.
  • Execute store operations, including product replenishment, merchandising, ringing sales, processing shipments, managing inventory, and point-of-sale audits.
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • One or more years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service; or at least 6 months experience in a Hallmark Corporate Store.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business, including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
  • Availability to open and close the store 3+ times per week and 2+ weekend shifts per month.
  • Ability to continuously stand/walk; frequently push/pull; occasionally bend/stoop/crawl/reach above shoulders/kneel; climb a ladder, and carry up to 40 pounds.
