Key Responsibilities:

  • Work independently while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with mechanical systems up to 50 tons
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and customer specifications
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on heating and cooling systems
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned
  • Support installation teams as required
  • Establish strong relationships with clients and understand their needs
  • Maintain knowledge of company repair policies and pricing
  • Discuss repair options with clients and provide estimates
  • Learn and utilize all company software tools

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Strong technical and communication abilities
  • Friendly, approachable, and responsible team player
  • Possess basic hand tools
  • Familiarity with HVAC principles, practices, tools, and equipment
  • Understanding of refrigeration and air conditioning systems
  • Knowledge of basic electrical systems and controls
  • Ability to apply HVAC trade principles and techniques
  • Capable of interpreting schematics
  • Universal EPA certification
  • OSHA certification is a plus
  • Physical ability to lift and move weights between 50 to 100 lbs. regularly

Additional Information:
