About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Drilling and Completions Advisor to join our team at TealEnergi. As a key member of our Offshore Gulf of Mexico Business Unit, you will play a critical role in supporting our client's wellsite operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise drilling and completion operations, ensuring compliance with client procedures and HSEQ standards.
  • Coordinate activities with contractors, personnel, and equipment to achieve optimal results in terms of safety, time, and cost effectiveness.
  • Monitor consumptions and stock of materials, requesting personnel, services, and equipment as needed to avoid delays.
  • Report progress and provide support in resolving operational problems, including analysis of real-time drilling data.
  • Capture lessons learned and share recommendations to improve future operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Minimum five years of experience in oil and gas industry, with a focus on deepwater drilling and completions operations.
  • Expertise in HPHT drilling, managed pressure drilling, drilling operations, completion and work-over operations, and advanced drilling and completion techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of economics, cost analysis, and cost control.
  • Familiarity with digitalization processes, including real-time monitoring and rig site drilling packages.
  • Valid IADC or IWCF certification (Well control Level 4), BOSIET/HUET, H2S & TWIC.
