Job Title: RN Charge Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Charge Nurse to join our team at TruBlu HR Solutions. As a RN Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses in a multi-specialty clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of nurses in a fast-paced multi-specialty clinic environment
  • Perform clinical interviews to medical assistants and nurse candidates to ensure they possess basic clinical safety skills
  • Establish effective communication with interdepartmental staff and leaders as a liaison between operations and clinical teams
  • Ensure a safe and effective working environment by performing and coaching staff on regulatory required safety guidelines and walkthroughs
  • Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and standards of practice
  • Assist in the maintenance of medical centers budget and inventory by placing cost-effective weekly orders of clinical supplies and vaccines
  • Oversee clinical procedures to ensure they are being performed properly
  • Support company change initiatives and maintain effectiveness in a changing work environment
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science or Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing
  • Active Tennessee RN license
  • Previous experience in a multi-specialty clinic
  • 2+ years Charge Nurse experience

MUST HAVE: A strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care and a commitment to leading a high-performing team.
