- Assume direct responsibilities for personnel management, expense controls, new service development, and performance improvement.
- Provide group therapy and case management services within the program structure.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned personnel using both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Master's Degree: Preferred
- Five years' clinical admissions experience: Preferred
- Unit charge nurse experience: Preferred
- CA Licensure: RN or LCSW: Required
- HI Licensure: RN or LSW: Required
- Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS): Required
