Job Title: Per Diem RN Home Health

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality home health care services to our clients in Laurinburg, North Carolina.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented RN to join our team as a per diem home health nurse. As a per diem RN, you will have the opportunity to work on a flexible schedule, providing care to clients in their own homes. Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality home health care services to clients in their own homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical and emotional needs
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor clients' conditions and report any changes to the clinical team
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina
  • Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience
  • Prior home care experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and families
