We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) to join our team at Morton Bakar Center, a Skilled Nursing Facility providing psychosocial rehabilitation and skills-building support for older adults with severe mental illness.
Key Responsibilities- Provide recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment, including medications, as prescribed by the physician.
- Implement direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor and report any changes in client behavior or condition to the treatment team.
- Graduation from an accredited LVN/LPT program and current licensure.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
