KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organize and monitor all electronic and physical exhibits
  • Return scanned original documents to clients in a timely manner
  • Perform scanning, OCR, and quality assurance on hard copy documents following established protocols
  • Ensure proper filing and management of all digital exhibits within case folders
  • Maintain physical document retention systems
  • Prepare, bind, and send transcripts as required
  • Handle bulk orders for hard copy transcripts and exhibits
  • Prioritize and manage requests for exhibit processing and shipping in accordance with departmental standards
  • Regularly update Transcript Production and Client Services teams on exhibit statuses
  • Respond promptly to communications in the team inbox
  • Document all procedural steps taken for each exhibit or transcript in the company database
  • Adhere to specific job or client-related instructions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked office environment
  • Ensure a secure workspace with a clear chain of custody for confidential materials
  • Uphold confidentiality regarding all case and client information
  • Manage incoming mail and packages, distributing them to relevant departments as necessary
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position is based in an office setting.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Standard hours are from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST.

COMPENSATION:

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $20 to $21.
