Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Grants Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting our clients in all aspects of federal funds financial management and regulatory program support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in preparing and submitting grant applications, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and guidelines.
  • Review and analyze grant applications for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with federal regulations.
  • Monitor grantee operations to ensure compliance with grant terms and conditions.
  • Provide cost analysis and budgeting support to clients.
  • Track grant payments and fund balances to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with team members to review project budgets and ensure compliance with grant requirements.
  • Prepare award documents and administer awarded grants, including receipt and approval of change requests.
  • Provide training and technical assistance to grantees.
  • Conduct resolution of audit findings and administrative closeout of expired grants.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Experience with grant management software and databases.
