Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive role.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading and managing engineering teams, with strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in engineering, including experience with complex, high-tech, or aerospace systems.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive innovation and lead change.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing large-scale engineering projects, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain a Secret and/or a TS/SCI clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership or executive role.
  • Advanced Skills: Expertise in advanced engineering techniques, product development, and technology integration.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in engineering or project management (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt) are highly desirable.
  • Industry Experience: Extensive experience in aerospace or space technology sectors, particularly with complex and high-precision engineering environments.
  • Change Management: Proven ability to lead organizational change and manage complex engineering projects.

  • This position may include access to technology and/or software source code that is subject to U.S. export controls.
