About the Role

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Home Infusion team. As a Home Infusion RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of patients' homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a broad range of infusion therapies to patients in their homes
  • Make a positive impact on patients' lives by using your clinical IV experience and personal touch to assist them recover in the comfort of their own home
  • Provide one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education in accordance with the physicians plan of treatment
  • Use excellent written and verbal customer service skills to interact with patients, physicians, pharmacists, and other partners
  • Participate in the paid on-call rotation and be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with current unrestricted license in the state of Arizona
  • Minimum one year nursing experience, with IV-related experience a plus
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid and current driver's license and auto insurance
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word to document and track patient care activity
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum three years nursing experience
  • Minimum one year infusion experience
  • Home healthcare and pediatric experience
  • CRNI certification
