We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Critical Care Dialysis Nurse to join our team at DaVita Inc.

**Job Summary**

The successful candidate will work as an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic hospital setting. With the ability to think critically and work independently, this nurse will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to patients undergoing dialysis treatments.

**Responsibilities**

- Deliver nephrology care through hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis

- Provide lifesaving care during regularly scheduled and on-call shifts

- Collaborate with PCTs to conduct patient observations, measuring stats, and machine setup

**Requirements**

- Current RN license in the state of practice

- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree

- Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) experience preferred

- Successful completion of the pre-employment color blind test, accommodation may be provided

- Estimated salary range: $63,500 - $98,000 per year
