Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Client Advisor to join our team. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for embodying the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, using your own flair to make each experience extraordinary. You will be an excellent communicator and brand ambassador, passionate about building relationships and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales: Develop and deepen relationships with clients to drive lifetime loyalty and spend. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales plans. Capture client data and cultivate new and existing client relationships.
  • Service: Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments to every client. Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every selling ceremony, using the Tiffany Touch. Execute best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities, creating unique experiences and taking action on client feedback.

Requirements

  • Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A college/university degree.
  • Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) course work.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages.

Compensation

The hiring range for this position is $19.13-$25.88, with the rate of pay dependent on relevant skills and experience. This role is also eligible for sales commission.
