Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Risk Management Consultant to join our team at Conner Strong & Buckelew Companies, LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing client data to identify potential risks and developing customized risk management strategies to mitigate those risks.

You will work closely with clients to understand their business operations and provide expert advice on how to minimize risk exposure. Your expertise in risk management will enable you to analyze complex situations, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop effective solutions to protect our clients' assets.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze client data to identify potential risks and develop customized risk management strategies.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business operations and provide expert advice on risk mitigation.
  • Develop and implement risk management plans to minimize risk exposure.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to ensure successful implementation of risk management strategies.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management or a related field.
  • Valid Property & Casualty License.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.


Salary Range:$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
