Job Title: Quality Control Senior Associate

HITT Contracting, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Senior Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Control team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control programs for small to mid-sized projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality control programs for small to mid-sized projects
  • Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality control standards
  • Collaborate with project managers and site superintendents to identify and resolve quality control issues
  • Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including inspection reports and punch lists
  • Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality control procedures and best practices
Requirements:
  • Active certification with the Army Corps of Engineers- Construction Quality Management for Contractors or an inactive certification that needs to be refreshed within 3 months of hire
  • OSHA-30 certification or within 3 months of hire
  • Proficient with the use of Procore and/or Cx Alloy for QC documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
