Job Summary

The Outpatient Therapist will provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients in an outpatient setting. This role requires a strong clinical foundation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LP, or LICSW in the state of Minnesota
  • Experience providing therapy in an outpatient setting
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
