About the Role

Auria is seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions to build, test, and deploy containerized microservices in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) operations in multiple cloud service environments
  • Support software quality efforts associated with product deliveries, conduct ongoing lifecycle maintenance of the DevSecOps toolchain, and implement upgrades to the software factory as needed
  • Conduct automated system testing, integration, and deployment using DevSecOps tools and methods
  • Recommend and implement upgrades and modifications to DevSecOps workflows and tools/products
Requirements
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET security clearance (requires U.S. Citizenship)
  • Strong programming skills in Bash, YAML, Python, PowerShell, and AzureCLI
  • Experience using GitLab, Ansible, Terraform, Nexus, and Jenkins
  • Experience using AWS cloud and GCC High
  • Experience with planning or supporting planning missions over a SATCOM constellation
  • Experience with Spacecraft configuration and SATCOM resource allocation
  • Experience using application security concepts and vulnerability remediation techniques
  • Experience working within an agile system development framework, conducting engineering tasks for a complex system
Preferred Qualifications
  • Current U.S. Government SECRET security clearance (required U.S. Citizenship)
  • Experience with software development, test automation, and system automation that supports the development of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Configuration as Code (CaC), and Security as Code (SaC)
  • Expertise with a modern software factory's CI/CD processes, tools, and technologies
  • Knowledge of secure software development methodologies and implementing full-stack infrastructure with a Security First mindset
  • Knowledge of security standards such as NIST, STIG Compliance, and Ansible Lockdown
