Job Title: Critical Care Nurse

UCHealth is seeking a skilled Critical Care Nurse to join our team at Memorial Hospital Central in Colorado Springs, CO.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Critical Care Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our 16-bed Medical ICU. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans for critically ill patients. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process, prioritizing wellness and evidence-based practice.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Model proficiency through precepting new staff members.
  • Contribute to a safe and quality-focused environment.
Requirements:
  • CO RN license or eNLC privileges.
  • 1-year experience in Critical Care.
  • ACLS and BLS certifications.
