Neonatal Intensive Care Registered Nurse

Grandview Medical Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neonatal Intensive Care team. As a NICU nurse, you will have the opportunity to provide critical care for high acuity neonates and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for assigned patients during shift
- Manage all assigned personnel, supplies, and equipment
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures
- Perform various patient tests and administer medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse
- Promote independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills
- Associate's degree and active, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) through either AHA or American Red Cross
- Experience with standard NICU concepts, practices, and procedures is highly preferred
