We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Mental Health Recovery Coach to join our team at RHA Health Services.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work with individuals with mental health and substance use challenges, providing individualized support and promoting self-determination and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Model effective coping and self-help techniques to individuals
  • Provide empowerment skills and support in successful recovery living
  • Assist individuals in finding resources and advising on processes
  • Lead peer support groups and facilitate social opportunities
  • Support daily decision making and resolution of minor problems

Requirements:

  • Certified Peer Support Specialist in NC or PA
  • 1 year experience working with individuals with behavioral health issues preferred
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
