We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Ochsner Home Health of New Orleans. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care and performing technical skilled care in the patient's home.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality patient care and perform technical skilled care in the patient's home.
  • Follow the plan of care and coordinate with other members of the healthcare team.
  • Instruct patients and their families on care and maintenance of a healthy environment.
  • Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment and changes in condition daily.
Requirements:
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
  • CPR Certification required.
  • Additional state-specific requirements may apply.
