Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of the Jeff Belzer service department, committed to addressing customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive experience for every client.

Work Environment

Our dealership operates in a dynamic atmosphere that demands the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This role serves as the initial point of contact for our customers, making it crucial to leave a favorable impression, whether interacting in person or over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and promptly resolve inquiries at the first point of contact.
  • Offer personalized support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and text.
  • Follow our comprehensive Customer Quality Follow-up Program to ensure customer satisfaction.
Essential Skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
  • Capacity to demonstrate empathy and understanding.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Good organizational skills with a positive and detail-oriented approach.
  • Able to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and web applications.
Work Schedule
  • Evening shifts from 12 PM to 8 PM (Monday-Thursday).
  • Days off on Friday and Sunday.
  • Saturday hours from 9 AM to 5 PM.
