Lead Hospitality Specialist
Become an integral part of Fidelity TalentSource LLC as a key contributor to the regional workspace experience. Reporting directly to the Director of Facilities and Operations, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional hospitality services and fostering a vibrant work atmosphere for all Fidelity associates. As a representative of the company's commitment to hospitality, you will be responsible for adhering to global service standards and initiatives.
This position also entails providing collaborative support to the wider workspace experience team to advance business objectives across the region. Furthermore, you will be tasked with maintaining experience and service standards within the designated campus or office.
Success in this role will be reflected in meeting Fidelity TalentSource LLC's standards, enhancing satisfaction among associates, and contributing to talent retention efforts.
Essential Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience
- Demonstrated success in hospitality, with a focus on team leadership, customer service, and real estate
- Experience within the Financial Services sector is advantageous
- Physical capability to navigate buildings and perform light tasks
- Willingness to occasionally work extended hours as required
- Exceptional networking and relationship management skills
- Client-focused mindset to identify and fulfill needs
- Strong communication, persuasive, and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented with outstanding prioritization abilities
- Collaborative team player with problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
