Telecommunications Supervisor

At Kanaan Communications, LLC, we're seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction program, you'll be responsible for overseeing and implementing our construction program, ensuring that each job site adheres to our rules, practices, and policies.

• Supervise and implement the Company Construction Program
• Ensure each job site utilizes construction rules, practices, and policies
• Represent the company and interface with customers, developers, property owners, utilities, and municipalities
• Coordinate, lead, and provide assistance to crews, subcontractors, and other interested parties
• Ensure construction schedules are met on time
• Ensure all Corporate Policies and Procedures are followed

• 3+ years of supervisor experience in the telecommunications industry
• Working knowledge of telecommunications industry standards, practices, and regulations
• Knowledge of aerial and underground construction methods and engineering requirements
• Valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years driving experience
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to work in a solo and team environment
• Experience working through all types of weather, including inclement weather
• Self-starter with effective communication skills
• Ability to travel and work extended hours, overtime, and weekends as needed
