As a Telecom Underground Foreman at Lambert Cable Splicing Company, LLC, you will lead crews in the installation and maintenance of underground telecommunication systems. Key Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines and ensure quality workmanship
• Train and mentor crew members to improve their skills and knowledge
• Read and understand blueprints and technical documents
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide input on process improvements
• Communicate with property owners and resolve any issues related to work performed
• Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery
• Work in all weather conditions and adapt to changing project requirements

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company
• Valid driver's license
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
• At least three years of related work experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Physical Abilities and Exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard, and mouse
