Mental Health Therapist and Family Counselor

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled mental health therapist and family counselor to join our team. In this role, you will provide therapeutic support to emotionally disabled youth and their families through on-going assessment, crisis intervention, individual and family therapy, and case management services.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs
  • Facilitate family therapy sessions to promote healthy communication, bonding, and conflict resolution skills
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care and achieve optimal outcomes for clients
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcome measures
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices in the field

Compensation:

Our compensation package includes a base salary range of $60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience, plus opportunities for bonuses and career advancement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Licensure as a LMHP, LPC, or LMHP-R
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
  • Minimum two years of experience working with emotionally disturbed youth and their families
