We are looking for a customer-focused professional with excellent communication skills to provide top-notch support to our clients. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Recruiting and Prescreening Candidates: Utilize various channels to identify and evaluate potential candidates, ensuring they meet the required skills and qualifications.
- Job Site Visits and Orientations: Meet candidates at their job sites in Rhode Island and Massachusetts to provide tours and orientations for new hires.
